One of my cameras seemed to have the plastic protective film that covers the lens partially removed with a small crease in it. The other camera was completely new. Both work great, no issues.

Yes, received 3 brand new cameras in the mail today. Had issues with set up tho, as I could not get live view to work for any of them. Per customer support agent, might be a firmware update issue....

Yes - recall seeing instructions to do that recently in a manual on an IP PoE camera.
May have been a Swann or La View IP PoE camera... probably can do it for others also.
