Mine came today, too. Seems to be in working order and no missing accessories, but the inside was a bit dirty and definitely looks used overall (scuffs, dents in the extension tube, etc.).

Mine came today. Missing charger and some accessories. There's a minor dent on the stick but other than that looks fine. Wonder how I'm going to use it without a charger. X_X

Mine seemed a little dusty as well, but I was just going to keep it. After a few uses this week, it fully discharged so I've plugged it into the charger only to find out that it'll not charge at all....

I got mine. Was in okay working order, but was obviously used. However, my brush roller makes a grinding noise and doesn't turn so the whole thing is going back.

V8 animal is 319 dollars brand new from Costco right now. So 250 for a refurbished unit isn’t that great. But the v6 and v7 seem to be a good deal

Was thinking of doing the V6, but for 20 more the V7 seems like the deal here. Max discount of the coupon is $50, and the V7 knocks off 47, so nearly full discount. The V7 has a easier clean/dump...
