Submitted on 8/5/18 and got it today 9/15/18.

This is why I like Pennzoil's rebate better than Mobil. I got my rebate in a month. With Mobil it's at least 3 months

I was going to ask the same, i purchased 2 5qts from oreillyauto and when i submitted for the rebate , they did not ask or any option online if you got 2, so i guess is only for one rebate for $10...

I had a credit balance on my amazon account that was applied when i placed the order. So the amount paid is showing zero. Would it be an problem with the rebate?

Depends on your viscosity. I usually get my mobil 1 at walmart. Some Penzoil synthetics are $23 to $25 for 5 qts. at Walmart
