My RAM does not list any z370 from evga on its QVL. But it lists it as compatible with z170 ftw and z270 ftw. So should I assume I'm ok with z370 ftw?

The higher end gigabyte boards are fine. True that EVGA boards are getting dinged for their bios and lack of full OC options, but other than that they are fine and have excellent customer service....
