Yes. In the latest version you can use your phone as a touchpad but it doesn't have a Lan port.

I have one. I use the apps to basically undermine cable. It works well. Only think I really hate is one has to take off the phone protector to plug it in

sidesync is sort of like screen mirroring. Dex is much more than that. (Other comments have already covered info about Dex.)

No, because most laptops don't have HDMI Input port. The HDMI ports in laptop is HDMI Output.
