I want to buy these but i have to install over my grass. It would be painful if i have to remove every 2 weeks to do the lawn. :(

I have some of these lights. They are 18v instead of the typical 12v. I've been using the Walmart transformer for a couple months with no issues.

I want to say it gives you a total of 10 ft (5ft to source, 5ft to the next light), but I’m not totally certain.
