You can argue that linear switches are more for for "gaming" since they're more responsive without the tactile bump. Through my experience, cherry reds definitely travel faster and easier than browns...

I think its fine. People complain so much about noise but it doesnt bother me. If you are in a really quiet environment with alot of cubicles in small space, then you may find someone thats annoyed....

Yes but Bluetooth keyboards don't let me control BIOS or settings, sometimes I changed my GPU or settings in BIOS. So have to look around for wired or wireless USB keyboards.

I have the backlit 87 key..the rgb is annoying. I didn't like the keycaps so I got some better PBT ones that cannot yellow. Much easier to see in the dark. It's for the laptop...thank God I work...
