Pretty good deal. I just wanted to add, you can make lines 2-4 7GB for an additional $5 each. So you can get 3 7GB lines and 1 3GB line for $115 total. Not too bad.

Call quality is 0 if you are in an area that prepaid cannot roam in. If you are somehow able to roam, you'll need to double dial and get charged 20 cents/min

Yes, you need a DL for signup.
It's 3g, not sure why it would really matter tho, 4g hotspot on 3 gigs would be gone quick.
