Did you get the TV and voice fees waived over three phone or through the chat? Over the phone they are telling me that it will be prorated. I was hoping for hassle free, but now we have to dance.

Actually some people do. My wife has done nursing work over the phone in the past for companies that have on call medical advice and referrals. Can’t do it thru cellular, they require a landline.
