I hadn't heard of an Alamo/Hertz affiliation. Yes, they do get you on the airport fees. We generally fly although have rented locally for a long drive vacation.

Hmm I’m still finding $165 in the app with those codes for Budget, about 1/3 of it is those airport fees, they always gotta get you somewhere ;)
