1/2" works in-place of 13mm and a 9/16 in-place of 14mm. As for 15mm, get an adjustable wrench, mostly just oil pan plugs anyways! I do see your point though.

No 14mm, 15mm, or 9/16 sockets make it a deal breaker for me. Those two sizes are too important on all import cars and my F250 which uses 15mm all over the place.
