The 4gb rx580 is perfectly adequate for gaming in 1920x1080p hd resolutions and even most situations in 1440p. And the rx580 is a 1080p card anyways and cant run higher resolutions without slowdowns...

Roughly speaking the 560 is good enough to play esports, typical indie titles, and most games before 2014 at 1080p. It's the newer pretty triple AAA titles like battlefield V, farcry 5, etcetera...
