Yes but they do have a not for resale sticker over the upc and serial number. Also when you set a starter kit mini up it will ask if you want to setup your starter kit bulb.

Yes they are. they packaged together when you receive it, but once you open the package there are 2 separate retail packages inside.

Def not buying a hub for one set of bulbs. None of the rest of them have it so far. I'll hold out. I wanted 5000K bulbs anyway, and these are only 2700s

Just got the $25 pack from Lowe's; I already have the Mini in the basement but wanted one upstairs. The bulb was easy to install through the app :) Pretty neat! Now off to find more smart bulbs!
