No, it is not durable. I bought during the $40 sale and the blade broke off where the thin plastic connects the blade to the rest of the head after 3 uses.

still seems pretty similar to original; if this doesn't need new blades every month then worth the upgrade , or if you don't already have the original this is a great deal.
