I actually bought my mom the same tablet. It's pretty snappy for web browsing and streaming video contents. It may not be great to run the latest 3D games, but it's perfectly fine for most media...

I thought this was the same model at Best Buy but at closer inspection I noticed the one at best buy had 32GB storage. With 16GB you will be limited to downloads.
