the only real incentive is the beta and well there are several ways to get one, i have several and already entered for it, one isnt forced to preorder...

That isn't true ^^^ but unfortunately it doesn't work in USA. I know because my friends in UK were able to preorder with 20% off using uplay points while I had to pay full price here in USA.

Agree with you.The other editions have extra digital content for those who want it but best deal is the standard.
I believe the Gold and Ultimate have 3 day early access to game.

None of the editions have a season pass. Gold and Ultimate only have 1 year of DLC. Better off with standard I think then getting season pass once available all for likely less than ultimate deal...

Good deal. The first game was tons of fun. Also, the standard edition includes the DLC for Year 1.
The Division is a grittier, more realistic Borderlands game.
