I bought these a couple of weeks ago but the best I can do on them with Z370/9600k is 3500/17-18-18. There is a minor bandwidth improvement over my old 3000mhz kit but not much so I may return it.

Out of curiosity have you run userbenchmark and gotten the scores for you RAM? I'd be interested to see how in compares to the G.Skill 3600 CL15 kit I've gone with and have running at 3733 at 1.38V

Well, mine aren't Samsung either. 17-21-21-41. It'd boot @ 1733 but it'd crash & memtest had a ton of errors. Leaving XMP timings & voltage as they were & just backing off to 3600 runs without issue....
