It's a paid subscription. Totally worth it. I was ready to get a 75" Phillips 4K TV for $350 5 hours away in GA, but fiance had a difference of opinion lol.
The paid sub also shows better deals...

Lucky you, no other store in the nation has it at that price. Period. Next lowest price nationally is $52; to which there are like 5 stores @ that price. My local price is full $159.
