No, they are not made out of titanium, they have a titanium coat/paint. These are crappy bits that will wear out or break quickly. Even Dewalts impact ready bits suck. Spend a few more dollars...

None in stock around me at that price. Note that 28 of the 68 pcs are ph#2 bits. This is fine you are going to be using a lot of ph#2 bits, but most homeowners probably aren't going to need that...
