Actually, they did for me. Bought a rug for $80 online; two weeks later it dropped to $50 online. I clicked on chat bubble and asked the rep for a price match and they credited me $30. But yeah, YMMV.

Yeah once you pick it up and they scan it as picked up, then you'll get an email with the adjustment.

Yea brickseek is a crapshoot. I only drive > 30 minutes for most deals and score the item 30% of the time. Most recently, I scored two Hyper hydroform 29" mountain bikes for $69 a week ago....
