Well they are not meant to be put in the oven if that's what you're asking. This is their Storage line. They will not explode in your fridge or cabinet..

Non-stick, no matter how expensive, is disposable. I have a set of All-Clad D3 and Copper Core, but I have 2 of these cheap AC non-sticks for eggs/fish/delicate foods and replace them annually.

Very true. I think Anthony Bourdain said in Kitchen Confidential that most all line cooks keep a non-stick handy for emergencies.
