Phone chargers are equipped to provide current for limited amounts of time, such as 4 continuous hours. 2A for a year, needs a "power supply" not a charger.

I have one of those but it some times it shows the low voltage warning (the yellow bolt on top right of screen), which means the voltage is lower than 4.65V I only had a mouse, a keyboard, Ethernet...

Don't buy one for a pi. The don't put out the advertised amperage. Constant lightning bolts on both a pi 3 and a pi 2 I tried, even an occasional reboot.
