If it's one of those trucks that run on a single LiPo cell, yes. Otherwise you've got to put three in series. :-)

Phone chargers are equipped to provide current for limited amounts of time, such as 4 continuous hours.
2A for a year, needs a "power supply" not a charger.

I have one of those but it some times it shows the low voltage warning (the yellow bolt on top right of screen), which means the voltage is lower than 4.65V

Don't buy one for a pi. The don't put out the advertised amperage. Constant lightning bolts on both a pi 3 and a pi 2 I tried, even an occasional reboot.
