It's a pain but yes. As I wrote, opposing screws. Use one screwdriver to hold one end and another one to turn the other end.

When I was shopping at TJ Maxx I saw a Movado Defio and Juro both marked down to around $199. Not on the same level as Rado but certainly a good price for a swiss quartz watch.
