Be careful, though. There have been two 40V Greenworks/Kobalt battery types, and this one is not compatible with the newer Greenworks G-MAX 40V system.

I'm pretty certain Ryobi's 18V (20V) ONE+ line has pretty much everything right down to hot glue guns to tire inflators to garage openers. Check them out as they're a great value.

This Kobalt is rebadged Greenworks 40v. If you search YouTube, you’ll find tutorials on modifying the battery OR the tool so that the two systems are interchangeable.
