USB bootable disk cloning utility (clonezilla)
imaging the primary nvme disk to a standard external SSD
swapping primary NVME drive
booting again via disk cloning utility

Windows OS itself is not that big to begin with. Do a disk cleanup and check if you have windows update install files. That takes up a lot disk space and can be deleted.
