Make sure you update both devices. I know the Dell has a bios update dated 4/4/19, so doubtful any of the BB sold machines have it. There are other updates as well.

Make sure you do a fresh start to uninstall all of the bloatware .. especially smart byte which causes wifi issues.. Fan kicks in whenever you do anything intensive Battery is bad... 2-4 hours...
