I use 24oz one. There is no seal/or seal is broken within 2 weeks of normal/light use. Food warms up just fine (I'm vegetarian, so no meat) but when it's warm, the steam pushes the lid hence...

I use this for soups all the time at work, i think i got this for 25$ back on sale. Great for soups/lunch that have a little bit of liquid, doesnt heat up thick cuts of meats too well without a few...
