I agree with that, the 4.0ah battery is worth more than the 3.0ah and the charger. But the values are close and I suppose I could see the charger being more worthwhile to the right person who may not...

I received it yesterday with one battery. I bought it thinking that it would come with 2 until I started reading the comments. I called today and they told me that I can return the tool. That's it.
