Adding to the list. I'm having the same issue, no popup bubbles and no email alerts any more, for about the past 7-10 days. I do get the notifications in my Slickdeals dashboard/user control panel.

After setting up a new DA recently I'm noticing I'm having the same problem. no DA emails since Dec. 2018. I tried changing my email on my account then changing it back. no luck.
