You haven't read much bitog the n. Fram tough/extra guard are totally fine. Fram ultras are obviously top of the line and good for extended oci.

I’ve been around the block on these a few times. The higher priced Fram filters are OK, yes, but the cheap ones are really, really bad.

I own a Tundra with a canister, a supercharged Audi with a canister and even my motorcycle has a canister filter. The only one that doesn’t is the Scion with a spin on.

To add to this, if you get 15K oil with a normal filter (not extended life), you have to change the filter halfway through:hug:
