i have cast iron and non-stick and even seasoned, i'd choose non-stick for eggs especially scambled eggs. i like cast iron and carbon steel but i don't use them for everything.

Wash it when it's still a little warm, add some coarse salt with soap and use a hard scrubber. Dry it and season with sesame oil and wipe off excess oil. You'll be good to go.
