If they're not an authorized dealer- which they don't seem to be- then no warranty (you can tell by reading the actual warranty)

I have both and the BackBeats are garbage compared to the Sony’s. My biggest complaint about the BBPro 2’s is how uncomfortable they get after a couple hours of use. They downright hurt.

Why do you say that? Apart from AAFES, I have only seen similar price except may be $10 less. And none of them are authorized dealers. Have you seen better deals for this?
