Well, that's what I did since my Sabrent drives hadn't shipped yet. For $11 less, I'd prefer the shorter in store Microcenter warranty to Sabrent's 5 year only after registration.

who cares. in 3 years it will be worthless anyway. 3 years ago 250GB SSDs were going for $65+, now they are $20. 1TB SATA SSDs were $200+ in 3 years these will be $50 tops.
