Run away. Every and I mean every other top tier manufactures reliability after 1 year is like .05% segates is 2.86% up to you. If you don't care about the data then fine.

If it is only used for cold storage, it's fine. But SMR is not suitable for you main drive.

I actually prefer 5400. Yes, they are a little slower, but if you're just using it for storage, there is only about a 20% loss in transfer speed. If I'm transferring something where 20% is that big...
