I like Traegers 3-2-1 rib recipe except I use Meatheads Memphis Dust recipe for my rub. Store ribs usually always have the silver skin on the back too. I always take that off.

I just picked on up and assembled it yesterday. Not sure what gauge the steel is but its very thick and not at all flimsy so I'm hoping that helps with heat retention. Overall the build quality...
