Its down to personal preference, the differences are by no means big. The TCL build quality is just as good, you have no basis for saying Vizio is build better.

The Vizio isn't a better tv, the TCL is better in HDR.brightness and upscaling, Vizio in motion handling, TCL has the far better Roku interface, both sets can have panel lottery.

2 for 2 on ordering the 55" from there (via eBay though) on panels being fine and shipping being perfectly smooth. Great TV for the price, and generally just a good TV.

I’ve called them before for a panel issue and they sent a perfect replacement (with person to replace it and set up) within a week. So I’d say, pretty gold.
