Yep and replacing it with Craftsman after they sold the rights to Stanley Black 'n Decker...they're marketing the brand to a much wider audience than just Sears.

The Lowe’s guy said they are clearing out the Kobalt tools before the end of July as in they won’t be selling Kobalt after that so there may be further discounts or tools before then.

There are certain things long time SDers don't need.. this is def one. However, that Bosch set is awesome and they last a very long time. Case is solid and not difficult to remove bits from.
