The great thing about it is you can put it in sport mode if you want complete control. I crashed mine as soon as I did this.

Same happened to me, try using the app instead the browser (or the opposite) also it’s on your credit so you can return it to store using it instead of the receipt

Yup! The poor battery life will require you to buy multiple batteries in order to have an uninterrupted flying experience. I flew mine a total of 10 times and I’ve had it crash a few times haha....
