Strongly ymmv. Every tent is different, and size and design matter. But generally speaking, these don't take just 15 minutes for one person from packed to completely staked and tied.

I know it's most likely you wouldn't be by yourself setting up an 8 person tent but there really shouldn't be an assumption two people would be setting it up.
