They fixed all of those issues with a software update based on user feedback. The noise floor is still not imperceptible, but it’s better than it was and shouldn’t be noticeable with media playing.

The Sine is discontinued. These sound similar and are more comfortable, but the Sine is probably slightly better for pure music listening.
