I would have picked up the Tamron 70-200 G2 instead of the Sigma, but I'm seeing everywhere that at 200mm the Tamron starts to get soft.

That one is aps-c. 18-35mm f1.8 has similar noise and DOF as f2.8 on a full-frame sensor (also the focal range is more like 28-55mm full frame too, if you take into account the 1.5x crop factor)...

Referring to just the aperture, f2.8.
It focuses faster than the Samyang 35mm f1.4 since it has less glass to move and a larger DoF. Both focus much faster than the Sigma 35mm f1.4
