My 1 click settings was already set to a discover card and it said I wasn't eligible So I changed it to another card and tried again and and then it worked for me.

Favorite one lately was the $15 for uploading photos to Amazon photos then deleting the app. $15 came about 5 days later. Absolutely no confirmation on anything.

I removed my Discover card 2 days ago; it was my primary card, so obviously did not see the offer previously. Today, I had the ad on my home page and elsewhere. I now have $10 I didn't have before.

Actually I just tried. I placed an order last night using 10 off 30 promo which I cancelled and tried to place it again but only one $10 showed up. The price of the item was more than $30.

Just make sure to switch your one click settings *away* from discover card once a month - also something other than Chase. Sometimes Chase and Discover will battle each other with bribes to switch...
