I bought stone tiles for 9$ a square foot. You ain't kidding!
I just returned a box of these that I was going to use as a kitchen backsplash. They're paper thin and very difficult to line up nicely. For the cost you would be better taking a hand at small tiles...

These look like shit. If you are considering, I would highly recommend checking them out in person before buying. If you're a fan of linoleum, you might like these. These do not look like actual tile...

Do not use this around water. And that's $14 a square foot. Which is really expensive.

This is not meant for shower areas or areas with constant exposure to water and moisture. I would read the application manual.

How would peel and stick work on a fireplace surround? Wouldn't use these in my kitchen or anything, but seems like they might be OK for a fireplace. Any experience?

Imagine making a comment like this on a deal shopping forum. People are bizarre.

As a landlord your best bet is to ask for permission unless of course you don’t care about deductions from your security deposit.

My ex wife tried that with me. I didn’t find it in myself to forgive her. I’m happily dating 70 year old widowers now. They aren’t afraid to spend the money.

While your comment is cute I can assure you it is wiser to ask permission if one is hoping to get their security deposit back. Nothing is more irritating than going into your house after the tenant...

It's always best to ask for forgiveness, rather than permission... 😏

I might just try asking my landlord to see if they’re okay with me sticking these on the walls first.

Never tried with these specific tiles, but I have experienced other adhesive backed items on the wall. Best case scenario is it would come off with a heat gun or really good hair dryer, soap and...

This look is almost already outdated, I wouldn't jump in on this fad now.

How hard would it be to remove these? I’m renting an apartment and would like to make it look nicer but I would have to remove it when I move out. Would these ruin the walls if I remove it?
