Maybe because you didn't actually charge them? :-) I'm sure you probably tried to charge them but maybe the charger is broken... just saying. This sounds like an uncharged battery for sure.

Bought it and returned it. The blower is weak and the batteries didn't last for more than 5 minutes each.

I got mine earlier this week. Blower didn't work. Haven't received a response from the seller yet for a replacement. The trimmer works surprisingly well.
