I solved it. You have to make sure that the Amazon Echo (paired with the bear) is not a part of the multi-room music. Remove it from that group and the bear would be twerking.

Same problem here. The mouth moves and it twerks; however, it won't move to the music from any source.

Got mine yesterday. One day after ordering it. Family has had fun with it and it works as described. I put 4 double A batteries in to avoided using cord and it works great.
