FYI: These hard drives are the ones with the window on the front of the package where you can see the actual hard drive and NOT the newer packaging.

$45 is OK for a 2 TB external HD, but it's nothing special. Staples.com often has the 2 TB Backup Plus for $70-$80 and when you have a $20-$30 off coupon, it's $45-$50.
