Yes im pretty sure its similar in performance. You probably get a few more fps with the 2070 max q, but not worth $200 Both can push all the latest games above 80fps at high setting, anything else...

If going with this laptop I'd actually recommend getting the same configuration with a 2060 instead. It's only around 5% slower than the 2070 Max-Q and it comes out to $1115.99 after coupon.
