Yes these come as EXFAT and you can plug and play into windows and keep compatibility or format it NTFS to get some better windows-specific file features

Thanks got 2 since walmart wouldn't give me the clearance ~$54 price a couple weeks ago. Slow drives but I shuck them and use them for mass storage/backups in a 24bay 2.5 2u server anyways.
