Zero quality control without a weight rating. Unless it's rating is so low they don't want to advertise it. Wouldn't put more than a 2x4 or two on it unless I was wearing steel tipped shoes.

This exactly. The Lowes and HD sawhorses have a lower shelf which make them more durable and usable. Harbor Freight models instead have flimsy stringers which break easily, making them unusable...
