Very true... we should NOT use Teflon coated pans for any use.. they are one of the cancer cause in modern days.

Those are considered lc "seconds". It's basically a minor flaw in the manufacturering process. It didn't pass qc but it's still usable. They sell it at a discount however the warranty is different....

I actually do use stainless steel for scrambled eggs. At the right temp, I can do almost everything with SS but yeah testing for right heat is a pain the butt.
